We request this information to enable us to provide a the best personalised service possible via our communications and on-line platform, which includes individualised offers, rewards and suggestions. This information also helps us to plan accurate stock levels to fulfill our customers needs. Providing this information is completely optional but some services may not be available without this information.

When you share this information you are confirming to us that you are he legal guardian and carer of the child and/or have the express permission of the legal guardian.
