Renting with or collective is a sustainable choice that helps to reduce waste. Each time you rent instead of buy new it will lead to less item being produced. On top of this, our clothes go to a total of 4-5 families before they are then re-sold, donated or recycled meaning there are further savings on co2 emissions and natural resources used to produce new.

By supporting brands that also produce ethically and consciously, to a high quality standard we ensure that we are reducing co2 emissions all the way through the supply chain.

We work with new small independent brands and bigger brands. When choosing our brand partners we look for similar design values, high quality that can last in the circular economy and a sustainability ethos. Our brand list is as follows:

Our clothes come directly from the brands, we order new season, current stock that you can find in the stores now, as well working closely with brands to help reduce waste by taking on old season stock that we know you will love. Many say we have a great eye for this! We have over 400 different styles available in total.

We currently stock a full range from 0-3 years old and are expanding the range for 3-5 year olds. 

We all take care of things a little better when we know they go on to another family afterwards, but we know that accidents happen. Fair ware and tear is a given, we’ve got your back on this and won’t ever charge you here. What is considered ‘fair wear and tear’?

-          Stains (except permanent paint)

-          Loose/lost buttons or poppers

-          Small nicks (under 2mm – easily repaired😊)

We have a saving grace policy – bigger accidents happen and we love to give the benefit of the doubt, after all we all have the same mission to extend a garments life right? A first bigger accident will not be charged, after this if we need to replace the item we will charge a fee that we deem to be fair, rest assured it will never be more than the RRP. We consider:

-          Can the item be repaired

-          If the condition is deemed too low to continue renting the item

-          Item can no longer be used. 

To get into the nitty gritty, we would charge you the residual price of the item, which is the retail value minus the rental value to date. For example if a top is £36 and you have rented it for 2 months, and a previous owner rented it for 3 months the residual value would be £18.

It’s always worth looking on the product page for full sizing information before ordering, but you can go ahead and put in a rotation if you need to switch out sizes. 

This can happen to, whilst we work on automating this option just drop us an email and we will let you know the residual cost of the item.

As long as you like, no limitations here. We recommend to be most sustainable you switch things up  either when your little one has outgrown some items or the seasons change… but you set the pace. 

On average our members Rotate every 8-10 weeks.

Nope! when you rotate we will check in with you for any items you want to keep at home, after all, we want you to get as much use as possible out of your wardrobe. 

Just log into your account and click the Rotate button. We worked hard to keep this as simple as possible for you, just tap the button and select the items you want to keep at home then get shopping for the rest. 

You will receive an email when you check out with information about your return items, for Zedify customers they will be collected with your delivery, for Royal mail you will be sent a link for a free return label (you can arrange free collection as too!) Items need to be posted within 5 days of your selected rotation date.

Change anytime you like, for however long you like. Just hop onto your account page and click 'Change my plan' The changes can be implemented straight away and we will deduct or add the pro-rata cost onto your next payment. Simple as 1,2,3.

Absolutely, no commitments here. As soon as we receive the items back we will also issue a refund for any unused weeks of that month.

Hop onto your account and click on the cancellation button, we will ask your desired cancellation date.

you then need to package the items up to us and use the free postage provided in your cancellation email, then the items come back to us and have been processed you will receive final confirmation of your cancellation and any pro-rata refunds will be issued.

You certainly do! You pay an average of 10% of the retail price per month, even if you keep an item for 5 months you will only have paid for half of the retail cost. 

10% of the retail cost allows us to recover the full retail value over a year, we have to allow a little extra for taking care of the items in between homes and paying for multiple postage, this ensures you always get value for money, and we commit to maximizing a garment to its full potential. 

Where we can, we use Zedify - a zero emission cycling courier. Neat right?!

We are working hard to expand this, in the meantime anyone not in Zedify catchment will receive their rotations via Royal mail.

You will know which service you have when you start your subscription (it comes over in your first email!)

That bits on us... no postage costs to think of here.

If you are a Zedify customer our couriers will collect your items at the same time they drop off your new ones. You just need to box them up and put your name on the front. 

If you are a Royal mail customer you will receive a free returns label via email and you just need to post these back within 5 days of your rotation date.
